How much do you charge?

It depends on the size of the property, and the type of cleaning you need. We guarantee affordable prices. Click on "get free instant quote" and you will receive the price in seconds.

Do you charge hourly or a flat fee?

For general cleaning, we charge flat rates. We stay until we finish the list of tasks.

For deep cleaning, end of lease, housekeeping etc, we charge hourly.

Do you provide equipments and products?

Yes, you don't need to provide anything.

Do you have police checks?

Yes, all cleaners have updated police checks.

What services do you provide?

General cleaning: Just to maintain your place clean. Includes cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, wiping, vacuuming and mopping floors... Families love this one here.

Deep Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Spring Clean, End of Lease: Maybe your place needs a deep cleaning for an upcoming inspection, or it has been many months that you don't do a deep clean, or even you are moving in or out of a place. We have the equipments and training to provide an amazing job.

Housekeeping: We provide a variety of housekeeping tasks: washing, ironing, folding clothes, organising objects and toys, cooking. Basically anything you need in this regard. It's a life changer to have us every week to help with all of these tasks. Mums and busy professionals love this one here. For some people, it is like a gift. Airbnb/Hotel/Motel/Hostel/Shared house: You can outsource 100% of your airbnb cleaning to us. We will sanitise, replace linen and refill consumables, and you will get amazing reviews. We can customise our checklist to meet your specific needs. We provide affordable rates for airbnb, so you can focus on your business and leave the cleaning with us.

Commercial Cleaning: We provide cleaning for offices and cafes. We are able to clean your business after hours. You will receive an invoice each week with the hours worked, we work seamlessly with business owners and financial teams. All our cleaners are trained fortnightly, have insurance and police checks, so your business will be in good hands.

Do I need to pay in advance?

You pay us on the day of the booking, you are 100% safe with us.

If you are a regular customer: Our anti-fraud system will verify if you have a valid card, and has enough funds to pay for your booking. Once this is done, your booking is confirmed, and your card is charged online after the cleaning.

If you are a NDIS or Aged Care participant: The process is different. Ask our team via phone call, text message or email for help.

Will I always have the same cleaner?

If you book and like the results, you will always have the same cleaner. We understand that you will feel more comfortable, safe and happy with the same cleaner every booking you make.

What if I don't like your cleaning?

Human mistakes happen. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we do let you down, just send us a message and we will come back to redo the work that you didn't like the results, at no extra cost. Just text us a video or image to explain what you did not like, and we will come back to fix it. Please read our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy to understand all the details.

Do you provide once-off cleaning or just regular cleaning?

We provide both. If you just want a once-off cleaning, that's fine for us. What matters is that you are happy. Of course, if you book a recurring cleaning, you will get a discount.

Do I need to be at home during your cleaning?

There is no need. Of course we would like to meet you. But if you are busy, you can leave the keys with us. All our cleaners have updated police checks and insurance, you are 100% safe with us.

Is PF Cleaning 100% Australian?

Yes, PF Cleaning is an 100% Australian Business, with an active ABN. Victor and Lorrany are the owners, and they live in Adelaide, South Australia. When you hire us, you are helping the local economy.

Can you provide an eco friendly cleaning?

Yes, if you prefer, we can use 100% natural products to clean your place. Just let us know.

Where is the company based?

We are based in Adelaide, South Australia. We don't have an office. The administrative staff work from home, and the cleaners go from their homes to your place.
