Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to bookings that meet all conditions outlined below. A guarantee claim must be submitted within 24 hours of the service (or within 7 days for move-out cleans) with photo or video evidence of the issue.
By accepting a booking, you consent to our quality assurance process. Our cleaners may take before-and-after photos or videos of the areas cleaned for internal quality control purposes. These are not shared publicly without separate written consent.

Our cleaners may take photos and videos for quality control purposes. These are kept internally and are not shared publicly without your separate written consent.
PF Cleaning reserves the right to conduct quality control visits during or after a clean to maintain service standards. You will be notified where possible.
Our cleaners clean — they do not repair or restore. Damaged is not the same as dirty. The following conditions are not covered by our guarantee:
Flat-rate bookings assume a property that has been professionally cleaned within the past 4 weeks. The guarantee does not apply to:
If a property is significantly larger than described at booking, PF Cleaning reserves the right to adjust the rate or scope accordingly. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.
If a minor missed area is not caught at the start of the clean, our cleaner will spend up to 30 additional work minutes correcting it at no charge.
To request a re-clean, contact us within 24 hours of the service with photo or video evidence of the issue. We will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
Refunds are only considered after a re-clean has been attempted and the issue remains unresolved. Partial refunds may be issued for areas not cleaned.
For end-of-lease cleans, contact us within 7 days of the inspection with the real estate agent’s report. We will re-clean the specific areas listed at no additional cost.
We do not guarantee the removal of permanent carpet stains. Our steam cleaning service removes surface dirt, odours, and most stains — permanent discolouration caused by chemical spills, bleach, or dye is not covered.
Our cleaners follow current health authority guidelines. If you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your booking. We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule in such circumstances at no cancellation fee.
The following tasks are outside our service scope and not covered by our guarantee:
You are responsible for providing access to the property. If access is not provided and the cleaner cannot enter, a cancellation fee applies.
Verbal instructions must be confirmed via text message to be covered by our guarantee. We cannot guarantee work requested verbally without written confirmation.
Pets must be secured during the clean. Our cleaner may cancel a booking if a pet is aggressive or poses a safety risk. A cancellation fee applies in this case.
Clients must provide or arrange parking within 100m of the property. If no parking is available, additional time charges may apply.
A non-refundable $45 booking fee applies to all bookings. This fee is retained in full regardless of when a cancellation is made.
Standard Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service value applies to cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time (in addition to the non-refundable booking fee).
100% of the service value may be charged as a cancellation fee if any of the following occur:
The same cancellation terms above apply to any reschedule or change of booking, regardless of the nature of the change. Rescheduling a booking within 48 hours of the scheduled start time is treated as a late cancellation and incurs the same fees.
